Information you provide

When you apply, Sell Solar FL collects your name, email, phone number, preferred role and market, experience, start preference, optional notes, and company or team details when applicable. Your consent, submission time, and campaign source are also recorded. Campaign tags, the first page visited in the tab, and an external referrer hostname may be kept in your browser for the current tab session to understand how an application reached us. Referrer URL paths and query strings are not collected by this attribution feature.

How information is used

Your information is used to review your application, discuss recruiting opportunities, and manage the recruiting process. You may be contacted by phone or email about your application. Applying does not commit you to joining, create an employment relationship, or guarantee a role, interview, earnings, or territory.

Storage and access

Application information is stored in the site’s hosted database. Access to the recruiting workspace is restricted to the authorized recruiting administrator. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate the site. Application details may be emailed to Jared through the connected Gmail account and exported by the administrator to manage recruiting.

Basic security and technical information

The site uses a daily hash of the submitting IP address to help limit repeated submissions. The application stores that hash rather than the raw IP address. Infrastructure providers may process additional technical information to deliver and protect the service. The earnings calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not submitted with your application.

Optional scheduling with Google Calendar

After applying, you can open Jared’s public Google Calendar booking page to choose a time. Google handles the booking details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Your application details are not automatically sent through the booking link. Opening the link alone does not book a meeting.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit an application. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop recruiting follow-up, contact jared@solarroofgen.com. Include the email used on your application so the request can be matched.
